Our Donations Used in Everglades City, Florida
Everglades City clusters around its historic two-story City Hall, a converted Southern-style courthouse built in 1926. Hurricane Irma washed 8 to 10 feet of storm surge onto Everglades City and the surrounding small towns. City officials estimated about 100 homes in the area were uninhabitable due to flood damage and mold. Our donations were used to repair and rebuild homes in the area.
